44th LUCAS Film Festival – International Festival for Young Film Lovers
As Germany’s oldest film festival for young audiences, LUCAS celebrated its 44th edition from September 30 to October 7. A total of 67 films, including 34 German premieres, were presented for everyone from four years old to 18plus. In the competitions, the carefully curated feature-length and short films compete for the coveted LUCAS awards. During the festival week, Lucas offers great hands-on activities as well as film talks and Q&As with guests from all over the world. Find out more about LUCAS
CinEd – European Cinema Education for Youth
CinEd is a European project aimed at giving children the opportunity to discover European cinema. The cined.eu platform offers a diverse, high-quality catalogue of European films and provides free public screenings through digital downloads and streaming. In addition, the platform offers educational material for preparation and follow-up. The platform and all its content are multilingual.Learn more at cined.eu
