Summer Holiday Programme

In July, we offer our young visitors a very special programme: Every Wednesday and Friday, starting on 8 July, cinema tickets at the price of 5 EUR include access to our permanent exhibition spaces, the blue box and the Cinemini Light Laboratory.

The cinema screenings take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. respectively. The blue box and the Cinemini Light Laboratory can be visited on these days between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.. In order to observe the distance regulations, advance notification is required at the box office.

The Blue Box

In our blue box the impossible becomes possible! Simply select a background motif and let yourself be transported into a new world.

During the summer holidays, the blue box and the Cinemini Light Lab are open Wednesdays and Fridays from 12-6 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 2-6 p.m..

Cinemini Light Lab

Visit the Cinemini Light Laboratory on our 4th floor, and explore the fascinating interplay of light and shadow, a fundamental cinematic theme. Various stations invite you to experiment with coloured foils, coloured liquids and double projections.
