The DFF is closed

Due to the rise in COVID infections, the DFF is expected to remain closed from 2 through 30 November 2020

Following the decision of the Chancellor with the heads of government of the federal states on October 28, 2020, we are closing our cinema and exhibition spaces from 2 November until foreseeably 30 November due to the increasing number of coronavirus infections.

“We are very grateful for the visitors who have come to our house over the past months – from passionate moviegoers to fans of our exhibition “The Sound of Disney”, says DFF director Ellen Harrington. “We look forward to reopening soon so that we can once again welcome everybody who shares our love of film and culture!”
