Reservation of a wheelchair seat in the cinema is only possible by telephone.
Online tickets for our cinema can be purchased via our partner Cinetixx: Simply choose one or more films from our current calendar and click on “Tickets kaufen” (“buy ticktets”). Cinetixx accepts payment by credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer.
Gift certificates are available at the box office. These can be redeemed for the cinema, museum and store.
The DFF – Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum is accessible for visitors with limited mobility and for guests with baby carriages via an elevator at the right side entrance of the museum. Elevators in the foyer provide barrier-free access to all exhibition floors, the cinema on the ground floor and the film workshop and workshop rooms on the 4th floor. A rental wheelchair is available. Portable stools can be borrowed for visiting the exhibition. Wheelchair-accessible and gender-neutral restrooms are located on the ground floor and on the 4th floor. There is a changing table in the rest rooms on the ground floor.
