The DFF – Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum in Frankfurt am Main is a leading international film heritage institution in private ownership. It combines museum, cinema, archives and collections, festivals, digital platforms, research and digitization projects as well as numerous educational opportunities.
Centrally located on Frankfurt’s Museumsufer, the old Gründerzeit villa is a popular venue for people from Frankfurt and worldwide. From here, the DFF maintains relationships with local, national as well as international institutions and initiatives.
