In October, the DFF presented an overview of Norwegian filmmaking from the silent film era to the present. Jan Erik Vold has been one of Norway’s most renowned – and unconventional – poets since the 1960s. He also enjoys jamming with various jazz musicians. This brand new documentary by Elsa Kvamme portrays Jan Erik Vold, his life and the importance of poetry in it.
